What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology, an holistic healing art, works to restore balance in mind and body through stimulation of specific points on the feet, linked to internal organs and structures. (Reflexology may sometimes also be carried out on the face and hands).
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment and the techniques used aim to enhance the circulation and elimination of waste to improve health and well being.
More About The Treatment
I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists, and undertake 'Continued Professional Development' (CPD) as a condition of membership. I also hold an AQA Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.
An appointment lasts for approximately one hour. A course of approximately 4 to 6 sessions may be taken when relief
is sought for a particular condition.
Treatments are carried out in my home in Farnborough, Hampshire. It may be possible to arrange local visits to clients if required.
